3. ONLINE COURSES AND CONTENT

3.1. License to You: Nexacode Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational use, and only through the Services, in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited Uses of Content:

1. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or otherwise transfer the course content.

3.3. Certifications: Any certifications or completion certificates issued are based on the requirements set by Nexacode Institute of Technology at the time of completion. These are not university degrees or guaranteed job placements.

4. PAYMENTS, PRICING, AND REFUNDS

4.1. Pricing: Prices for courses are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to you will be the price at the time of your purchase.

4.2. Payment: All payments must be made through the payment methods offered on the Website. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your purchase.

4.3. Refund Policy:

1. General Policy: All course sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly for a specific course promotion.
2. Exception (If Applicable): If a refund is offered, it will typically be available only within 3 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 10% of the course content.

5. FRANCHISE MODEL TERMS (For Prospective and Current Franchisees)

5.1. Franchise Inquiry: Submitting a franchise inquiry through the Website does not guarantee or create any legal right or obligation to enter into a franchise agreement.

5.2. Franchise Agreement: The specific terms, rights, duties, and obligations of a Franchise Partner are governed exclusively by a separate, formal Franchise Agreement executed between the Franchise Partner and Nexacode Institute of Technology. These Website Terms and Conditions do not supersede or replace the Franchise Agreement.

5.3. Student Data Sharing (Cross-Reference): Franchise Partners acknowledge and agree that student enrollment data and progress may be shared with the local center/Franchise Partner to facilitate local support and operations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

6. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to use the Services to:

1. Post or transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethically objectionable.
2. Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including instructors or fellow students/users.
3. Post or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
4. Impersonate any person or entity.
5. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
