Refund Policy
Our refund policy for online courses is designed to be fair to both the student and the platform, considering the instant access to proprietary educational content provided upon purchase.
| Condition | Policy |
| General Policy | All online course sales are generally considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because digital content, once accessed, cannot be returned. |
| Exception (7-Day Limit) | A refund may be considered only if the request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the date of purchase. |
| Content Consumption Threshold | The student must NOT have accessed or consumed more than 10% of the total course content (including video watch time, downloaded materials, or completed quizzes/assignments). |
| Discretionary Refunds | Nexacode Institute of Technology reserves the right to grant refunds at its sole discretion in cases of documented technical issues that prevent access to the course and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. |
| Course Removal/Discontinuation | If Nexacode Institute of Technology permanently removes access to a course due to discontinuation (not due to a violation of Terms & Conditions by the user) within a short period of purchase (e.g., 30 days), a full refund may be issued. |
| Bundle/Discounted Purchases | Refunds are typically not provided for courses purchased as part of a discounted bundle or during a promotional offer. |
1.1. How to Request a Course Refund
- Send a formal refund request email to billing@nexacodeacademy.in with the subject line: "Course Refund Request - [Your Name]".
- Include the Purchase Date, Course Name, Order ID/Transaction ID, and a detailed Reason for the Refund.
- We will review your request against the consumption threshold and purchase date.
1.2. Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, the money will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) used during the purchase.
- The processing time for an approved refund may take between 3 to 5 business days due to varying bank and payment gateway procedures.
2. REFUND POLICY FOR FRANCHISE FEES
The refund policy for franchise-related fees is separate and distinct from the course refund policy.

| Initial Inquiry/Application Fee | Any initial, nominal application fee submitted during the preliminary inquiry stage is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, as it covers the administrative costs of processing the application and internal review. |
| Franchise/License Fee (Post-Agreement) | Once the formal Franchise Agreement is signed, and the full or partial Franchise/License Fee is paid, this amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. This fee covers the initial grant of intellectual property rights, territory, training, and operational setup costs, which are incurred immediately. |
| Exceptions | Refunds for any franchise-related fees are strictly governed by the specific terms and termination clauses detailed within the formal, executed Franchise Agreement. |
